Dye & Durham Terrain

RenewMap integrates with Dye & Durham Terrain to provide quick access to property title information across our project database.

When viewing a project in RenewMap, you can launch Terrain to search for land parcel information associated with the project’s boundary. This allows you to identify relevant land parcels, title records and supporting documents linked to the site.

This integration removes the need for developers and asset owners to manually search across multiple land title registries across different states and territories.

How to view parcel details in Dye and Durham Terrain

Before you begin, you must have an active Terrain account.

To view parcel and title information for a project:

1. Select a project on the map. The project details panel appears.
2. Select Details.
3. Scroll to Integrations at the bottom of the details panel.
4. Select Get property titles.

Terrain will open in a new browser tab centered on the project location.

What you can do in Terrain

Once the project opens in Terrain, you can explore parcel and title information associated with the project.

• Select Show the land parcels that overlap this project to display parcels intersecting the project boundary.
• View title overview information, including Lot/Plan, Owner and Type (details vary by state).
• Bulk purchase titles to access deeper information and details.
• Investigate other land parcels by selecting locations directly on the map (point or polygon selection).
• Upload your own spatial data (.KML files) to view title details.

This allows you to extend your property investigation beyond the original project boundary if needed.

Coverage

The Terrain integration is currently available for projects located in:

• Queensland
• New South Wales
• Victoria
• South Australia

It is not currently available for projects located in:

• Western Australia
• Northern Territory
• Tasmania
• Australian Capital Territory
