What is the Watchlist?

The Watchlist lets you save a group of projects you want to keep track of. These might be projects near areas you’re prospecting, leads you’re marking for outreach, or any other group of projects you’re working with.

Once you’ve added projects to your Watchlist, you can:

• Filter your map and table to show only your Watchlist projects
• View recent updates to your Watchlist projects
• Receive email notifications when anything changes
• Export or chart your Watchlist projects from the table

How to add projects to your Watchlist

There are two ways to add projects to your Watchlist:

From the map:

1. Select a project on the map to open its details.
2. Select the Watch button in the project panel header.

The button changes to Watchlist with a check mark, confirming the project has been added.

From the table:

1. Open the table view.
2. Select the checkbox in the watchlist column to the left of a project’s row.

You can also bulk-add projects by selecting the checkbox in the watchlist column header, which adds all projects in the table to your Watchlist.

How to view your Watchlist

Select the Watchlist button in the top navigation bar. The Watchlist panel displays all your saved projects with a count of how many you’ve added.

Select any project in the list to view its details.

How to filter by your Watchlist

From the Watchlist panel, select Add to filter in the footer. This filters both the map and the table to show only projects on your Watchlist. Select Add to filter again to remove the filter.

Filtering by your Watchlist is useful for exporting a specific group of projects or charting them from the table.

How to view updates for your Watchlist

From the Watchlist panel, select View updates. This opens the updates panel filtered to show only changes to projects on your Watchlist. Learn more about updates.

How to subscribe to Watchlist email notifications

When you add a project to your Watchlist, you automatically receive email notifications when any watched project changes. You can adjust the notification frequency or turn them off entirely.

To manage Watchlist email notifications:

1. Select Watchlist from the top navigation bar.
2. Select the Emails button in the Watchlist panel header.
3. Toggle email notifications on or off.
4. Choose your preferred frequency:
   • Real-time — receive emails as updates happen.
   • Daily — receive a summary every weekday morning.
   • Weekly — receive a summary every Monday.

How to remove projects from your Watchlist

There are several ways to remove projects:

From the project panel:

1. Select a watched project on the map.
2. Select the Watchlist button in the project panel header to unwatch it.

From the table:

1. Deselect the checkbox in the watchlist column next to the project’s row.

From the Watchlist panel:

1. Select Watchlist from the top navigation bar.
2. Select Edit.
3. Select the projects you want to remove. Use Select all to select every project.
4. Select Remove.
